Submit your activation code and we will process your premium upgrade securely.
If your premium upgrade is not completing, or you receive an invitation error on your account — please follow the steps below:
On mobile: Settings → Google → Manage Account. On web: Visit myaccount.google.com and click on Payments & subscriptions.
Select Manage payment methods or billing settings and verify your region profile matches and has no alerts.
Navigate to pay.google.com → Settings. Ensure your payments profile country matches the organizer's region.
Resolve all red/yellow status alerts or suspended profiles, then open the family invite link again in a new private window.
Ensure same country as the organizer, no active billing holds, and standard age rules. The organizer must send a fresh invitation after you complete this checklist.
