Submit your activation code and we will process your premium upgrade securely.
If the premium upgrade fails, the family invitation cannot be accepted, or a region mismatch alert occurs, please follow these steps:
Log out of Spotify across all devices and browsers. Ensure that any active or recently expired premium plans are completely cleared from your plan overview.
Go to spotify.com/account and check your profile country/region. It must match the identical region of the family organizer plan.
Open the family invite link. Log in, confirm the invitation, and provide the exact street address shared with you by the organizer.
If acceptance fails, clear your browser history/cookies or copy-paste the invitation link into a private/incognito tab, then try again.
If you are still experiencing difficulties, message our support desk with your registered Spotify email address and a screenshot of the error.
